Ryan has been working in the audiovisual field since 2013, when he started running sound for a traveling children's storytelling production in Washington County. At the same time, he began studying Music Technology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with the intention of working in a recording studio post-graduation. God had other plans for him, however, and after graduating Ryan found himself liking the academic environment so much that he sought employment as a Learning Technology Technician at Hagerstown Community College (HCC).

When he's not providing audiovisual support at HCC, Ryan is deeply involved in the local Theatre scene in the Hagerstown area. Ryan served 2 years as the Technical Director at Authentic Community Theatre, where he was granted the honor of designing sound and projection for multiple large-scale musicals at the beautiful Maryland Theatre. He has also done tech work for the Washington County Playhouse, Totem Pole Playhouse, and currently serves as the Technical Director for the Potomac Playmakers.

Ryan has expanded his interests into video and livestreaming with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since that time, he has produced multiple high-profile livestreams, from streaming theatrical performances, corporate conferences, musical galas, college graduations, and more. Ryan is excited to bring his livestreaming and audio talents to SSPC and is very grateful for the opportunity to serve God in the field for which he is most passionate!
