Music
We have a vibrant music ministry at Silver Spring. We have an Adult Choir that rehearses in the Choir Room at 7:00 on Wednesday evenings and leads in worship on Sundays. Our Children's Choir rehearses in the Choir Room at 9:15 on Sunday mornings from September through the end of May, and leads in worship every six to eight weeks. We are hoping to begin a bell choir in fall 2008.
During Lent and Advent special music is an exciting part of our worship services with instrumentalists and soloists and various small groups of musicians sharing their gifts.
