Vacation Bible School
The campus of Silver Spring comes alive with a hundred or more children during Vacation Bible School – one of the staples of summer. Generally held the third week of June, our VBS is a free program open to the entire community, for children age 3 to 5th grade. Each morning from about 9 a.m. to noon, we travel on a “Holy Land Adventure,” visiting ancient cities and learning about their Biblical inhabitants. Family Leaders take their Tribe Members to the Marketplace for crafts, the Drama Room for the Bible story, the Field for games, and to the Celebration Room for worship!
